1. Location: The Clarion Belle Hotel, Just minutes from downtown Wilmington, Newark, New Jersey, Maryland, and area businesses.

2. Our meeting time starts at 7:00 pm and goes to about 9:00 pm. Presenters should get there at about 6:30 pm if they require any setup time.

3. Our meeting attendance usually consists of about 25 to 50 Porsche enthusiasts. The Delaware club has about 300 in total membership. We will advertise your presentation in our newsletter and on our web site (www.delawarepca.net) which has thousands of user visits.

4. We have a private room where we have our meeting and dinner. The facilities include internet access, an LCD projector with a large screen; a podium and microphone are also available if needed. We have an available laptop computer or you can use your own.

6. After your dinner, and a brief introduction your presentation will begin. You should plan your presentation to take from 30 minutes to one hour including a Q&A session.
