Picnicking by the Pitch: Fun at Brandywine Polo

What’s a Pitch you ask? It is the outdoor field where polo is played and, at 300 yards by 160 yards, it’s huge! Members enjoyed beautiful weather and serious competition along the main pitch at Brandywine Polo Club. There was a great turnout for the club, as well as lots of other folks there, including a food truck and beer courtesy of Braeloch Brewing of Kennett Square. A highlight was when, between matches, folks could go out on the field to help fix the divots (and only the divots!)

Riders greeting the guests after the match.  So cool!
